The Point-Of-Use Water Cooler attaches directly to a water source and is meant to filter through a water purificiation system (not included) to give you a cleaner, fresher and cheaper water than bottled.
All you need is a standard 3 pronged outlet or adapter, access to a cold water pipe, and an inline water filter system.
You, your handyman or plumber, must do your own installation and obtain the proper standard fittings.
