Never had to have it repaired, only adjusted, sews like a dream, embroiders even better!
Not touchy with threads, will take any brand without problems.
I've owned it for about 2 years now, I'm not a heavy sewer so stitch count is mostly from embroidery usage.
Comes from a smoke free home, and is nice and clean.
Comes with all the hoops and case to hold them and the embroidery unit in and has lots of accessories.
