For sale is our Ashley Furniture Sofa and Loveseat Set, only 2.5 years old. Was nearly $1,200 Brand New from Ashley Furniture in Salem, NH less than 3 years ago, $450 or best offer for the set. Well cared for, comes from a smoke free home, however we do have a small pug in our family who enjoys sitting with us on the furniture. Free of stains, only one small rip on the loveseat under one of the back cushions which is not visible and has no effect on the comfort or enjoyment of the loveseat. Some of the cushions have lost their firmness, however adding some extra padding will make them just like new again. Also, one of the feet is slightly chipped, however you can place it on the back of one of the pieces and you wont even notice it.
Located on the ground floor, just two small steps outside the house. You must be able to move, delivery is not an option. One strong male will be available to help take out of the house and load into your truck/SUV/etc. Please bring another capable person of moving the furniture out of the house.
