Sadly I am moving out of my beautiful apartment into another that is already furnished. These couches are practically brand new, less than two months old. They were purchased from Raymour & Flanigan MSRP $xxxx, are incredibly comfortable, and in virtually pristine condition. The bottom cushions attach to the base of the couch via velcro and the backs are sewn on, so no annoying shifting around. The material is a soft but firm microsuede that is extremely durable and washable. Comes from a very clean, pet/bed-bug/pest-free home.
