ARP 2600 1970's Vintage Synthesizer with 3620 Keyboard in Boston, Massachusetts For Sale

This is the classic ARP xxxx semi-modular analog subtractive audio synthesizer. Works. It has some cosmetic wear and tear as you can see, but is fully functional. This is one of the models with the vinyl covered wood case as you can see. It is missing a few of the small plastic pieces that go on some of the sliders as you can see in the photos. Also the two latches one on each side of the case no longer work when you box it up. You get everything you see here. There is a small metal plate located underneath the case. The serial number engraved there is: xxxx xxxx. The plate also reads: "ARP Model xxxx Synthesizer, ARP Instuments, Inc., Newton, Mass."

So it seems that this model utilizes the design copied from Moog's patented ladder-filter design before they had to alter the design due to the lawsuit from Moog. This was then manufactured during the xxxx-76 production run and it is Model xxxx v1.0.
