Aspiring Studio owner seeking partners and producers in Boston, Massachusetts For Sale

i have everything (almost everything) required to run a professional studio, protools HD3, C24, all the preamps, microphones, midi controllers, a great computer.... i'm looking to COMBINE assets, information and money to make a studio. i've worked very hard and I'm looking for someone who is interested in also working hard and making money... so far its been a big hole in my pocket. instruments are my weak point. i sold my drum kits, all 3 of my guitars are broken and so isn't my Maschine by Native instruments MPC... but all that will change soon and i can easily buy instruments.. i just don't have the space for it right now... that is something we will have to work on together. im also open to the idea of some sort of band/musical relationship once the studio is complete... i want to make it so the overhead cost of the studio is covered by the income coming in to the joint.... so if your unable to fulfill the partner/producer aspect of it, feel free to msg me and talk music/song writing. preferably an audio engineer or studio owner looking for a partnership
