As an ACE Executive Chef,
Responsibilities:
:You will oversee the culinary operations and activities of the facility including multiple outlets plus off:premise catering.
:You will have the opportunity to create your own menus using locally grown products.
:You will manage a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service.
Qualifications:
:B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts.
:Three to five years of culinary management experience, four:star hotel experience preferred.
:Inventory and purchasing experience.
:Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
:Knowledge of P and L accountability and contract:managed service experience is desirable.
:ServSafe certified is a plus.
