We are currently hiring for several Administrative Assistant positions at our client in Framingham! These are contract opportunities to start but can become permanent for the right candidates! Pay Rate: $16.00-20.00/hr Responsibilities: -Filing confidential docuements -Scheduling meetings and teleconferences -Processing expense reports -Managing purchase orders -Managing consultant and vendor invoices Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, hours may vary slightly Qualifications: -Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant, administrative experience with advanced computer skills required. -Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required. -Strong attention to detail is a must. -Ability to work in a fast paced, global environment, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required. -Individual will need to exhibit superior communication (oral and written) and teamwork skills.
