Assistant to Senior Executive - (Boston) in Boston, Massachusetts For Sale

This Assistant to Senior Executive position reports to the CIO providing proactive and professional support to him, engaging with his team, and interacting with executive level leadership across the firm on his behalf. The right person for this position will be an experienced executive assistant, who is self-driven, works to high standards, understands where to add value, and who is capable of managing multiple priorities and a varied workload in a professional and decisive way. This role must present a confident and positive interface to all of the business partners, and team members with which it interacts. A key requirement for this position is the ability and desire to contribute beyond day-to-day calendar management and scheduling activities. We are looking for someone with strong skills in Power-point and Excel, who can own and deliver work using these skills, as well as interested and willingness to engage in other ad hoc project work as needed.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecutive calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook Screening incoming phone calls and managing requests Scheduling and coordination of meetings, all-hands etc. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Creation of reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint Coordination of travel arrangements and processing expenses Editing and proofing memos and written correspondence Assistance with larger group initiatives, including moves, space planning, etc. Coordination of Collaboration with various partners across CTG, including communications, finance and HR. Special projects other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as neededQualifications:Skills and KnowledgePolished executive assistant with a professional presence Highly collaborative and flexible Demonstrated ability to deal with change.
