Send Resume to xxxx4@accuick.com Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager Description of Project: The incumbent is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the CAMIS (IBM Tririga) project through its entire lifecycle including software procurement, project planning, design, development, testing, training and rollout, maintenance and monitoring lifecycle. Specific duties include: Establish and manage a project team including technical resources, business users, software and hardware partners through the entire project lifecycle Work with IBM and other integration partners, consultants, DCAMM sponsors, agency user groups, IT SMEs & DCAMM business units to define a project roadmap and implementation plan that reflects business priorities and organizational readiness Create and implement a Governance model for the CAMIS project including an Executive Steering Committee and project meetings, status reports, risk mitigation, issue escalation and resolution processes Create and maintain all current project documentation including vendor contracts, schedules, agreements Successfully manage each project phase to delivery date, budget and scope using a project schedule Manage relationships, payment schedules and utilize proper change control processes Lead and direct the project team using standard PM tools and the selected implementation methodology Understand the IBM Tririga product?s features, functions, constraints and limitations and accordingly guide the design and development to minimize configurations and customization while still meeting business needs Define requirements for all Commonwealth (DCAMM & other agencies) stakeholders and use cases for all CAMIS users across all Tririga modules Ensure data migration and integration with other IT applications to support business goals Plan and implement System Testing and UAT for each individual rollout and major implementation Plan and implement a Train the Trainer and End User Training for all CAMIS users Plan and implement post-deployment activities including warranty support by software Communicate project status, risks and issues to all business sponsors and stakeholders including but not limited to the DCAMM Commissioner, CFAC, ANF SCIO Required Skills: This position requires a Senior Project Manager who has significant experience and a successful track record of implementing large scale IT COTS solutions to distributed users across a large public or private sector organization. The PM should be an IWMS SME experienced in leading one or more large IBM Tririga implementation projects across the entire software design, development, testing, training and rollout lifecycle. Project Management, PMO and IT Governance skills including methodology, tools, reports and best practices for large IT COTS lifecycles 8+ years of strong project management and the ability to lead diverse multi-functional teams to successful outcomes Experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes, planning, scheduling, and managing budgets Ability to manage scope, budget and timelines Ability to steer and influence IT decisions and lead collaboration and problem-solving processes at a senior executive level Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to communicate and interact at executive and junior levels Good mentorship skills and ability to work in a team environment supporting technical and project aspects of team leadership and growth Excellent problem solver with the ability to keep many driving factors and requirements in focus Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Ability to understand and be the go to person for the big picture and direction as well as maintaining a good grasp in understanding the detailed requirements and nuances of the solution. Experience managing relationships with large IT Consistent attention to detail Overall high degree of professionalism Experience Required: Deep knowledge of IWMS and facilities management functions required Intimate knowledge of IBM Tririga required Minimum of 10 years of IT Project Management experience required Successful track record as a Project Manager leading multi-million dollar IT COTS implementation projects with 15-20 member core teams and up to 50 or more stakeholders IT Project Management experience within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a large project Proven effective execution experience in high visibility, high criticality programs with multiple stakeholders both within and outside of the client organization State and or federal government experience helpful, but not mandatory Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement, IT project management guidelines and methodology a plus
