They serve as a the ultimate leader of their store, developing and motivating their entire staff to provide a superior level of customer service that will maximize sales and profits. Store managers set a standard that others aspire to through their effective and ongoing communication, training, and feedback skills. The Store Manager oversees all managers and sales associates within the store, ensuring that the highest level of customer service and operational standards are upheld. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding all given sales goals and for controlling expenses in accordance to budgets. They must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be effective problem solvers. All of our Store Managers must have full understanding of the Free People culture, aesthetic, and customer.
