We are seeking a dynamic and experienced super star apartment rental consultant to join our team
We are a privately owned 300 unit luxury apartment building located in the Back Bay/South End area of Boston.
Some attributes and requirements for this position are...
6 MONTHS APARTMENT OR PROPERTY MANGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.
Excellent closing skills.
Resident service driven.
Strong organizational and follow:up skills.
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
Creative marketing skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Team player.
Computer efficient :: Timberline, Real Page, YARDI, or AMSI software skills a plus
Full time position. Hours: 10 am: 6pm 5 days/week. Will be required to work alternate Saturdays from May through September, (with 1 day off during the week) and some Sundays possible during the summer busy season.
