The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration, maintain a low delinquency as well as renewing the leases of existing residents. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, lowering delinquency, resident retention and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a polished, well-spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression creating “WOW” moments for our guests! The Ideal candidate does not need previous experience as a leasing consultant, just the drive to succeed.
