This role is part of the Personal Insurance Claims Property (Homeowners) team. As theDirector of Specialized Property Process, you will be responsible for overseeing all specialized property processes related to homeowner water losses for a national property claims organization. If you love analyzing data and engineering processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency, this role is full of opportunity for you. This role will require working with various national water mitigation companies, internal Water Mitigation specialist teams and claims adjusters in the various branch offices. You will interact with all levels within the Personal Insurance organization to optimize the front end process and improve results across key performance measures of loss, expense, customer service and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Manages a variety of annual projects typically >$10M in benefits related to process continuous improvement and optimization
Ensures that project ROIs are quantifiable and meet or exceed business goals
Conceptualizes immediate and long-range process needs with respect to solving specific business challenges/strategic goals. Must understand how project goals relate to business objectives of the Property operation
Translates property process needs into a comprehensive project plan/business case which ensures successful project acceptance, initiation and completion
Negotiates project/analysis scope, objectives, timelines, data requirements and measurements with Senior Managers and all levels of stakeholders across the Property operation.
Prepares regular presentations for Senior Managers regarding project status and keeps Senior Managers informed of project direction, timelines and renegotiates direction as necessary
Makes presentations on analysis, measurement and recommendations to Senior Managers
Identifies sources and relationships of operational data and makes recommendations/decisions regarding the use of all data sources for the analysis team
