Computer Forensics Deloitte Discovery's computer forensics professionals collect, preserve and harvest data from computer systems, including hard drives, servers and back-up media, to maintain/preserve authenticity and chain of custody. They also conduct advanced digital forensics investigations, including network packet analysis, malware analysis, RAM memory analysis, mobile device analysis, digital fingerprinting of documents and computer systems, video forensic analysis, and advanced decryption services, advanced file and system recovery, and forensic tape analysis & recovery. The successful candidate will be an ambitious team player, passionate about business, work and client relationships, with an outstanding talent for proactively managing and successfully resolving high-stress situations. Deloitte Discovery's Advisory professionals provide consulting to corporate law departments around information management, legal holds, preservation, acquisition, electronic discovery readiness and records management as it pertains to the discovery process. Qualifications Include ** Bachelor's degree required-Computer Forensics, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Business with an IT emphasis preferred - A strong finance, accounting or economics background is not required, but it is very helpful ** Strong Academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.2). ** Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs). ** COMPTIA A+ Certification (certification required within 1 year from date of hire) ** SQL, SQL+, SQR, PL/SQL knowledge a plus ** Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills. ** Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity. ** Some business development or marketing skills or experience desired ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. ** A strong understanding of Windows based systems including installing, troubleshooting, and networking ** Must be flexible with the travel requirements of client service projects. * Bachelor's degree required- * Finance, Business Administration or Accounting preferred * Strong Academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.2). * Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs). * Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. * A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications. * Must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service projects.
