As a Part-Time (24 hours) Leasing Consultant, you will assist with all administrative/leasing duties associated with a busy apartment community. Responsibilities: As a Temporary/Part-Time (24 hours) Leasing Consultant, you will assist with all administrative/leasing duties associated with a busy apartment community The Leasing Consultant processes resident applications and handles assigned day-to-day resident and rental office matters Responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with policies and procedures set by management The Leasing Consultant is charged with leasing apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy Leasing Consultant / Administrative Assistant The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong marketing skills and professional demeanor a must at all times Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment Candidate should be computer proficient Previous experience in residential leasing and/or property management a plus Leasing Consultant/Administrative Assistant is the initial point of contact between potential residents and the property Must perform all leasing functions to obtain/maintain the occupancy goals set by the company and the owners Qualifications: Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends Benefits: This is a part-time position at 24 hours a week Pay Hourly/Salary?: (Optional) DOE If you are interested in applying or know someone to refer for the position please fax or e-mail resume to: 617-227-xxxx Or [Click Here to Email Your Resume]
