Management of a large portfolio of antibody reagent licenses (~200 active licenses) to ensure compliance with all royalty payment and reporting terms . Calculation and processing payments for all royalties on net sales of products under license . Documentation of communication with out-licensing institutions as new licenses . Scanning and filing completed licenses in the appropriate folders . Management of communication with cost accounting team . Assist in the generation of new product datasheets . Education/Qualifications Minimum Required: Associate's degree required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel (including pivot tables) is required. Incumbent must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully in a fast paced environment. Must have an ability to communicate technical information to a customer . Associate's degree required but experience in lieu of degree will be considered . 3+ years working in a dynamic product based business environment, academic technology transfer or document management role. . Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel (including pivot tables) is required. . Incumbent must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully in a fast paced environment. . Must have an ability to communicate technical information to a customer . Must have an ability to learn and understand technical terminology associated with antibody development. .
