Looking for a retired individual or collge student to assist with marketing(mailings) for a realtor! in Boston, Massachusetts For Sale

I will need help with an individual to help wit marketing to potential clients via mailings and maybe postcards through a mailing house I use.
The job is easy and you will be compensated either per mailing piece or hourly wage or a combination of both.
Job will be a 10-20 hrs/month job for the right individual who can deliver mailings as instructed. You will be provided with stamps, letters, reports, envelopes, and all other materials to get the job done.
It is a 3-6 month job now, but could be 1+ years if done well.
