We believe the best ideas emerge from a culture of collaboration.Job Summary:Using discretion and judgment, manage team of 10-20 Regional Sales Representatives (Internal Wholesalers) while increasing sales in MFS products. Develop the skills of the internal sales force along with generating and improving effective sales calls while obeying supervisory rules.Principal Responsibilities: * Manages team; develops skills required to hit sales goals by consistently coaching, monitoring sales calls and delivering feedback to improve representative's effectiveness * Interact with MFS high profile clients through wholesaler travel, presentations, firm specific meetings, and advisor home office visits in order to stay ahead of changes in the industry and bring appropriate solutions to their practices * Attract and retain high potential sales professionals for the inbound group, internal sales force and external client facing positions * Interpret communication from high proifle clients in order to ensure our story matches their needs * Partners effectively with other leaders of departments including key accounts, ARG/Global Product and other groups in order to help shape the direction of the home office mandates * Develop and maintain training standards that include complex product, industry competition and operational knowledge in order to meet our clients changing needs. * Ensures all written and verbal communications are in compliance with SEC, FINRA, state and federal regulations along with MFS' internal compliance policies. * Keep sales force engaged and motivated through focuses and appropriately establishing aggressive sales targets. Leverage complex tools in order to formulate strategic business points. * Performs additional responsibilities as neededQualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Minimum of 5-7 years of related industry experience * Position requires FINRA Series 6/7 and 24/26, and 51 registrations in accordance with MFS' licensing policy * Excellent communication skills.
