SUMMARY: The Recruiting Coordinator will effectively generate outbound and inbound recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include; generating leads from databases, communicating with potential targets via prepared script; updating and maintaining database, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Effectively complete outbound and inbound target recruiting efforts; achieve daily call quota.- Source and attract candidates by using databases, lists, etc.- Generate leads from established database.- Influence candidates by following a prepared script.- Provide lead information to supervisor.- Schedule recruitment appointments for Sales Manager.- Track, update and maintain lead generation database.- Maintain individual accountability for all performance goals.- Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:- Previous telemarketing and/or lead generation experience preferred- Excellent telephone skills with a positive, friendly and resourceful demeanor - Exemplary track record of reliability- Ability to overcome objection and self motivate- Flexibility and sense of urgency- Excellent computer skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
