Position Summary: Supports a large institutional maintenance organization in the Asset Management department in scheduling PM and other maintenance work. Significant experience in maintenance scheduling is required Scheduler functions include: Review upcoming PMs and create technician work schedules Create technician work schedules for the following week Review work schedules with maintenance managers Modify daily work schedules as required Coordinate work access requirements with facility managers Coordinate PM parts to support PMs Support scheduling of other work orders as required Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors Requirements: Education/Experience: 7 years scheduling of commercial or institutional maintenance scheduling desired. Experience with a CMMS/EAM systems such as Maximo, FacilityCenter, Facility 360, SAP PM Module, PMC, etc is required. College degree a plus. Maintenance planning experience a plus Industrial maintenance scheduling experience is acceptable Prior hands-on trades experience is highly desired or equivalent experience Advanced database and computer skills would be a plus Skills/Qualifications: Good verbal and written communications skills required Strong computer skills required Ability to work well with others is required Ability to work with minimal supervision Physical/special Requirements: Repetitive motion associated with computer work Ability to walk throughout facilities and attend meetings Ability to read and write English Ability to lift 20 lbs and negotiate stairs and vertical ladders Cope with a fast paced maintenance planning environment
