Gryphon Group LLC is looking for experienced, licensed, and insured field subcontractors to help manage our inventory of bank, broker and investor owned properties. We are looking for quality contractors who can perform all aspects of residential property preservation services. These services include:
Debris removal and disposal
Securing
Winterizations
Sales cleans
Yard maintenance
Snow removal
Conveyance services
Inspections
Repairs and rehabs
Presale and REO
