City Realty Group is now looking to add top sales and leasing agents to our Brighton, MA office location for a high income/growth opportunity. We are working with many investors/seller clients currently and are putting our agents in a position to excel in this market.
Our training, resources and management team gives our agents the best environment to grow their income and business. We are seeking aggressive, ambitious and capable professionals to join our sales team.
Candidates must be self:motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be goal orientated and willing to learn. Experience in real estate sales or leasing is a plus but is not required.
Our team of investment sales specialists are commission:only independent contractors. We provide training, admin support and marketing resources. New agents can expect to earn approximately 50k in their first year. 2nd year agents have earned six figures.
