Job Description:
M and A Real Estate is seeking interns to train with our brokers, earn experience in the field and earn school credits. Inters will gain experience in marketing, negotiating and delivering unparalleled customer service in a real estate market. Intern will become knowledgeable and up:to:date on the dynamics of the changing real estate marketplace as it relates to commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties. Interns will learn how to consult and advise clients on a variety of real estate related issues.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
-Generating lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources
-Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
-Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
-Consulting with clients regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
-Coordinating open houses
-Prospecting new clients
-Developing networks and building relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors for business purposes
-Accompanying buyers during visits and inspections of property, while advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
-Attending seminars and training sessions for sales agents to remain up:to:date and competitive in the field
-Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population
-Other duties as assigned
