The ideal candidate will have expertise and specialization within the Real Estate arena (Construction & Development, Land Use, Hotels & Hospitality Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales Real Estate Finance Real Estate Leasing Real Estate Litigation Real Estate Workouts).
Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, bar licensure in good standing, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong book of business ($1M+), with potential to expand.

Is well versed in handling the many aspects of real estate law including development, finance, leasing, zoning and environmental compliance and permitting.
-Works closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development
-Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
-Demonstrates experience in practice development, business development
-Takes an active role in managing and growing the real estate practice group
-Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships while managing multiple engagements at the same time.
