Real Estate Paralegal Newton Office GILMARTIN MAGENCE LLP a Real Estate Law Firm with offices in both Newton and Boston has an opening for a full time experienced Conveyancing Paralegal in their Newton Office. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing closing packages from beginning to end, Preparing title commitments and title polices (knowledge of title clearing), Preparing and cutting checks from conveyancing software, Working with lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers. Familiarity with Streamline conveyancing software and knowledge/experience under the new disclosure regulations are a plus. Should have knowledge of the TILA-RESPA integrated Disclosure rule. Candidate should have experience with the following: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe. Must be detail oriented, a team player and able to work under pressure within time sensitive deadlines. This position requires at least 5 years' experience in residential real estate conveyancing.
