REAL ESTATE Site Acquisition Manager
Seeking an experienced wireless site acquisition manager for the for the New England Market based out of Greater Boston Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in identifying, leasing, and zoning wireless cell sites. People with local zoning knowledge and experience is a plus but not necessary . We are seeking individuals that have the ability to independently identify sites, lease sites, and successfully manage sites through the zoning process. Amend leases for new technologies. We are also looking for candidates with experience with In Building systems. All levels of experience will be considered for the position.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
Submit applications and amend existing leases for new technologies.
Identify viable properties from a leasing and zoning stand point.
Determine land use constraints within target area : Initial.
Zoning Analysis.
Determine ownership of candidate.
Negotiate price, term, escalation, equipment.
location, property, and ancillary agreement.
Locate appropriate quality and quantity of candidates in the search area.
Obtains RF approval of candidate.
Obtain Enter and Testing Agreements.
Negotiate Real Estate Documents and coordinate all meetings and correspondence with landlord,
attorney, board, association or agent.
Coordinate Design Visit with A and EConstructionRF Engineering.
Obtain a fully executed Lease Agreement.
Complete all necessary leasing documents.
Assist and or manage the zoning process.
Track site progress from search to build
