Key Competencies:
· Comprehensive knowledge of business administration interrelationships in the Real Estate business
· Comprehensive knowledge of asset management within an industrial company with an international RE portfolio
· Comprehensive knowledge of the management of service providers
· Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant real estate markets and the mechanisms within it
· Mastery of negotiation and presentation techniques
· Sound legal, technical and fiscal law knowledge within the Real Estate business
· IT expertise in relation to procedures relevant to Real Estate
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Engineering with a focus on Real Estate or Building, Business Administration or Law. Thorough real estate know how and knowledge of asset management and the processes within the Corporate Real Estate business of an international industrial company.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience required; 4 years in Corporate Real Estate required.
