Next Step Living has seen its business grow year after year, while most energy efficiency companies have been experiencing a decline. Our unique lead generation methods and industry leading outreach model offers an exciting opportunity for growth. The qualified candidate will work with the outside sales division selling our Window, HVAC and Solar products directly to homeowners. Responsibilities: • Work with the outside sales team selling replacement Windows, HVAC and Solar directly to homeowners. • Drive revenue and conversion for the division. • Educate and stimulate each Field Manager and Adviser to meet or exceed their goals. • Lead weekly sales meetings • Meet with Sales Management team weekly to present accurate reports on their team • Capturing all data from sales visits in Saleforce.com • Meet monthly sales targets • Maintain staffing levels to meet department goals • Be available to sales people to assist them when on sales calls • Build, maintain and control a sales and personal development training library Qualifications: • 5 years of in home sales management experience is required • College degree is preferred. • Strong technical skills, including MS Office applications are required. Experience with CRMs, including Salesforce.com is a plus. • Must have a strong work ethic, be self-disciplined, with a strong desire to succeed. • Excellent verbal and organizational skills are required. • Must be adaptable and eager to learn.
