Bring your expertise in Leasing, Marketing, and Customer Service, enthusiastic leadership skills along with a strong desire to learn and grow Build Your Career Meet, greet, and qualify prospective residents. Guide clients through the leasing process from lease application to qualification and final move:in. Schedule appointments and tour prospect residents through the luxury community, highlighting the Welcome Home atmosphere. Develop and create unique marketing materials to attract new residents by driving social media campaigns and in:house marketing events. Use your knack for creating community and building strong resident relations by implementing hometown events. Foster excellence in resident relations by providing customer service to existing residents. Keys to Success: Previous successful sales experience (preferably in property management or real estate) 2 to 3 years residential leasing experience Previous experience supervising a residential leasing team Exceptional written and verbal communication ability Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings and weekends Proven intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to successfully multi:task, work independently and meet multiple demanding deadlines Previous residential leasing experience and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and guidelines is preferred.
