Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer and Market
: Understand target customers, their needs, wants, and aims, and align market problems and opportunities towards satisfying customers.
: Research, monitor, analyze and prioritize market problems identified through input from customers, sales, support, competitors and other sources.
: Maintain a thorough understanding of the Brand Management market, competitors and requirements.
: Recommend new capabilities/content to address unmet customer requirements or improve competitive advantage.
: Anticipate customer needs based on knowledge of technology and market.
: Author market requirements documents including customer Use Cases.
: Document and prioritize product requirements based on market problems to generate additional revenue and/or customer satisfaction.Product and Technology
: Clarify requirements to technology during elaboration and construction and ensure that detailed specifications are aligned with requirements...in an agile software development environment.
: Partner with Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of product line enhancements.
: Drive profitable growth in global markets through development of market leading products and components that exceed our customers' expectations.
: Prioritize enhancements and make difficult decisions/recommendations regarding the implementation of new functionality. Analyze and recommend those enhancements that will yield the greatest revenue potential.
: Manage cross:functional workstreams that facilitate the definition and scoping of new product attributes or capabilities.Go To Market
: Participate in the development of positioning and value propositions for product launches; Take active role in the development of the overall GTM strategy. Work proactively to ensure all aspects of employee, product, customer, and market readiness are optimized.
: Act as a market expert who can present our products and services in the wider context to marketing, sales, key customers, and channel partners.
: Advise sales on appropriate product offering to fit customer requirements.
: Speak comfortably in a variety of settings including one:on:one, in front of large groups, or remotely.
: Foster collaboration with a virtual, cross functional team servicing the global business.Business Management
: Identify financial drivers, high:level business models, estimated financial projections and quantify financial opportunities to determine feasibility of solutions to solve market problems.
: Provide critical input to the development of business cases, justifying the resources and capital investment necessary to seek approval for a product development initiative. These include understanding the critical components of a solid business case and concisely verifying that the solution substantiates or meets the need
