Solutions Associate
: Consult with internal and external clients with requests that fall outside of standard products and services
: Advise with key stakeholders to determine if a custom solution is feasible
: Prepare price quotes for Custom and Managed Solutions projects
: Conduct searches to confirm proof of concept, provide sample reports, and deliver results
: Schedule and run routine Custom Solutions tasks for clients

Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
: Organized with good project management skills
: Trademark industry knowledge and experience
: High level of attention to detail; creative and solution focused
: Client:facing experience

: Research background preferred
: Knowledge of existing trademark products and services
: Familiarity with CRM and internal search systems
: Strong relationship skills to interact with peers, clients and external partners
: Ability to multi:task projects, often that are time:sensitive and complex
