Position Description
1. This VP will provide senior management oversight for commercial property and program account losses handled by major loss handlers. The VP will play a key role in continuing to drive the TOM model.
2. The Vice President will ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and operational guidelines.
3. The VP will have direct supervision of 8 Major loss adjusters.
4. Plans, manages, evaluates work of staff, makes decisions regarding performance standards, and career development of assign staff.
5. Participate in senior management development and implementation of programs to improve business operations.
6. Participate in special projects, including periodic audits as directed by senior management.
7. VP will have settlement authority up to $15,000,000.
