We are looking for a male housemate to fill a room in a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Roxbury near Uphams Corner commuter rail station. The place is conveniently located close to a shopping center, bus stop, and a short walk from the Red line. Finally, the home comes with a security system.
The available bedroom is on the second floor. It receives lots of sunlight during the day. It is carpeted and has curtains installed. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom.
The rent for the room will be $xxxx (inclusive of all the utilities.) The utilities include central air conditioning, heat, electricity, water, washer and dryer unit, and internet and cable. You would have to pay first month?s rent and one month rent for security deposit in order to move in. The bedroom can be furnished with a bed, desk, and chair if needed but then the monthly rent would increase to $xxxx.
There is plenty of available street parking in front of the house if you have a car.
Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.
