I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, from Feburary 1st to August 31st. A very clean bedroom in 2 bedrooms apartment on the second floor. Very well managed building that includes an elevator, laundry room ( many washers and dryers) and the apartment has a dishwasher. *Located only 6 minutes walk away from Central square station, Cambridge. My roommate is a male professional in his 30s. He is very clean, respectful and likely to become friends with. I am looking for someone who is also neat and responsible. Rent fee is $xxxx /a month but it may be negotiable. It includes heat and hot water. No fee. Deposit is two months.
