I am looking for a roommate to share my xxxx sq ft apt with. Its a 2 family house and we have the top floor. The house is clean, has a large kitchen, living room, deck and tons of storage in the attic and basement. Washer and dryer in the house (actually have a laundry room) and one spot in the driveway is available. I am in my early 30's and work from home. I am not a huge partier, but used to be a touring musician so I do appreciate a good house party now and again. Utilities are around $100-150 /month for internet, gas, electric, and I need first, last, and security. We are right on the bus route 15 minutes to harvard sq. great biking trails nearby and a few minutes to the arsenal mall and 10 min to the pike.
