We're looking to fill one room in our 3bd/ 1 bath South End apt close to Washington and Mass Ave. EARLY MOVE in possible! Lease would start Feb. 1. Room can come furnished if interested. You also have the possibility to resign after Aug. 31, xxxx. Transit: <1 min from the Silver Line, 10 min walk from Mass Ave. Orange Line stop. Street parking is very feasible. The apt: wood fire place, full access roof deck, large kitchen, coin-op W/D in the basement, dishwasher, garbage disposal Rent: $950/month (lease goes until Aug. 31, xxxx) Utilities: under $80 month (TV, internet, electric, gas). Heat and hot water are paid by the landlord. The roommates: Two 20-something males (both gay) who are friends, but also have their own lives/friend groups. They met through their rec. football league and enjoy grabbing a drink on the weekends, going out, playing sports, etc. We keep the place clean, but aren't neat freaks by any means.
