Senior Software Systems Engineer Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Senior Software Systems Engineer will include: * Design and develop software and system specifications including high level and detailed level designs for assigned project. * Excellent knowledge about software architecture, system issue and integration / test issues with profound knowledge of BPON and GPON architectures including OLT and ONTs. Extensive experience in writing Java based code for Alarm Management and/or Network Management Systems (NMS) with expertise in Informix or Oracle Database and writing SQL queries. Knowledge of Video devices such as Big Band Modulator, Video Transmitters and EDFA's is also required. * Good communication skills, project management skills and able to form good relationship with the teams to understand requirements and jointly work on architecture and specification issues. * Innovative and free thinking able to come up with new ideas and solutions to problems. Senior Software Systems Engineer Job Requirements As a Senior Software Systems Engineer, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
